The TRFA Inter-LFA draw took place at the TRFA Office on the 21st of July, 2026. Teams know which groups they are drawn to and which teams they will be playing with on the 25th of July, 2026.
Not included in the playoffs are Olievenhoutbosch (OLFA), Kungwini (KULFA), Nokeng (NOLFA) and Stinkwater (SELFA). The issues are mostly a lack of senior teams in the areas concerned, except for NOLFA, where there was no acting association football.
By the time of going to the draw, Phelindaba had not concluded the case between Vikings and Tshwane Academy (or had not received the outcomes of the hearing). As such, the Phelindaba teams are represented by a slash. Here are the groups.
The playoffs will use a single round-robin format at the group stage across four groups. The group leader will be promoted to the Men’s Regional League. However, the group leaders will proceed to play the semi-finals and the finals on Sunday, the 26th of July 2026. The winners and runners-up will be awarded the Trophy and medals (gold and silver, respectively). They will be recognised as the overall regional achievers for the Super League.
Please note: There is a proposal from the Competitions Committee that is currently being tabled to the REC, and a decision is expected by Thursday. The details of the proposal will be disclosed, but the approval thereof will be beneficial, not detrimental. Once a decision has been made, the outcome will be communicated by the 24th of July 2026. However, the playoffs remain intact and will proceed as planned.
