Acquire MRL Status in Tshwane Region – Criteria, Checklist, and Submission Deadline

Two (2) Mens Regional League (MRL) statuses within the Tshwane region are for sale. Those interested must send their offer to purchase to info@tshwanerfa.org.za. The club’s profile, which includes the following elements, must accompany the offer to purchase proposal:

1. LFA Affiliated to and the year of admission,
2. Notable club accomplishments, particularly in the last three years at a senior football level, and
3. List of all coaches with their qualifications.

In addition, the following must also accompany the offer:

1. Letter of good standing from the LFA,
2. Completed club registration form, attached hereto.
3. Adopted financial statements for the last two financial years. (Audited will be a bonus.)
4. Offer letter with the proposed price and the proposed terms of payment.

The criteria for the selection of buyers will be as follows:

Functional:

1. Unbroken participation in the LFA league for at least five (5) years. (20 points)
2. At least 2 valid and verifiable achievements in the last three (3) years (30 points)
3. Stable finances for at least the two (2) years (30 points)
4. Coaching License (20 points)

Mandatory:

1. LFA letter of good standing
2. Completed Club Registration Form
3. Financial Statements

The minimum offer is R70 000.00. the higher the offer, the better the chances.

The submission for the offer to purchase proposals closes on 30 August 2024 at 11:00.
